Thank you for your review. We really do apologise for the delay in your order, unfortunately as a result of both Covid and the UK transition leaving the EEA, goods have been stuck in transit. This is a teething problem which we are hoping will resolve itself soon. This mean’t goods coming in from our German warehouse have been difficult to predict accurately regarding arrival times.

We do apologies we did not give you a firm date on the missing item landing, this was a result of both Covid and the UK transition leaving the EEA, meaning goods have been stuck in transit. We have updated you now with a date of arrival and I hope the system works well for you.
