“Excellent service, faster than predicted delivery, well packaged. Quality of hlitter ball ,motor and light beam box very good. Was apprehensive about quality but very pleased, great value. Only small disappointment was wish we had been advised on the light beam box that two are needed in opposite corners of your ceiling for 10O% full affect otherwise you get a light shadow on far wall from where you place your light box. It didn’t spoil the affect greatly but if you want it perfect but two light boxes!”

Thank you for your review. We really do apologise for the delay in your order, unfortunately as a result of both Covid and the UK transition leaving the EEA, goods have been stuck in transit. This is a teething problem which we are hoping will resolve itself soon. This mean’t goods coming in from our German warehouse have been difficult to predict accurately regarding arrival times.

We do apologies we did not give you a firm date on the missing item landing, this was a result of both Covid and the UK transition leaving the EEA, meaning goods have been stuck in transit.
