“Item supplied was not the same as item ordered. Refund offered. Refund was prompt, and websites updated. Great communication, and I am a well treated customer, would buy from them again”

Thanks for taking time to make a review, apologies that the delivery was not as quick as you had expected. Looks like you ordered around 11pm Thursday 11th April, the order was processed the next morning on the 12th April and delivery to you with made the following week on the 19th April. For orders to the highlands or islands, (Northern Ireland in your case), please don’t hesitate to call or email us for a realistic time window for delivery. We do state on the website to allow 7 working days for delivery. We hope the system is working well for you, and again apologies for any inconvenience with the delivery.

“The guys at Cybermarket are super helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with my product. Spent ages with me on the phone to go through settings, and got the product sent back so they could test it for me to make sure all was OK. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough.
