“The service is top notch and they are very responsive and quick to solve any issue. Also ready to hear your complain. But only issue with me was the price doesn't reflect the extra VAT and Customs fees if you are accessing form outside of UK, which can be a problem bcz the VAT and customs fees are a lot of money. I paid 90 euros extra at customs even after i paid full for the order and delivery fee. it was unexpected.”

“Reasonable range of knives. Unlike some sites they have the full specifications of each knife and many photographs so you can see exactly what you are getting. They display many knives that they have sold in the past which are out of stock, but you can select to display in stock only and it is useful to be able to see a wider variety of knives which may be available in the future. Good customer service. Good delivery.”

“Honest shop with very user friendly knives descriptions, making the hard decision of choosing your knives a lot easier. Staff is very helpful and they even offered me their free ceramic honing even if the deal came a few days later! Couldn't recommend this shop more. 💯 reliable with authentic Japanese knives at reasonable prices.”
