“PRODUCT PERFECT COULDNT BE BETTER VERY PLEASED, PACKING POOR, ROUGH HANDLING ON THE DELIVERY SIDE HAD OPEND THE CARDBOARD FULL LENGTH AND HALF THE END WHICH ALLOWED THE PLASTIC TO PATRUDE BEYOND THE WOODEN SURROUND ON THE CORNER AND WAS DAMAGED AND NUMEROUS ONTER ROUGH HANDELING DAMAGE EXTENDING THROUGH TO THE PRODUCT EVEN THE DELIVERY MAN GAVE ME THE PACKAGE,GOOD SIDE TO ME TO HIDE THE DAMAGE. PLASTIC GOOD. DELIVERY POOR.”

“The measurements I gave for the sheeting,/MDF, were quite precise from my point of view, as I didn’t want to cut to size on site, they arrived, as did my previous order, on time, extremely well packaged, the measurements, as before spot-on, very impressed,(and no extra for postage), the delivery took a little longer on this one, as Christmas came, I believe the day after my order was placed, so understandable, I would have no hesitation in using the company in the future, and I have, and will continue to, recommend to others, excellent all-round service, thank you, Brian Fisher”

“The size of perspex sheet I ordered required special dispatch (at higher cost). It sat in a corner of my office for a few days as I was busy with work. The item arrived in a cardboard box with four small folded spongy bits (one on each corner). When I opened it, I found that one corner was broken off into six or so pieces. It was then I saw the sticker on the box saying basically ‘do not accept delivery without checking contents’ and ‘ any issues must be raised in 24 hours’ . I imagine that this is not the first issue of this kind. I accept that legally I should have intercepted the delivery driver and made them wait while I unpacked and checked it, but in the real world, I feel that the packing was inadequate and not up to the job for this kind of material. It’s not some kind of mystery process. 50p worth of bubble wrap would have done the job. So, you might save a tiny amount on your margin, but you then get an unhappy client who is motivated to respond in detail to your request for a review.”
