“Blanket arrived and is beautiful However it did take 21 days and 2 emails to receive Completely satisfied with product however was told I would receive in 5-7 days, not 21 days and after I questioned it’s whereabouts twice by email”

“Hi my grandson loved his gift as it was his favourite picture of him and his auntie who he lost to battling cancer xx however I was disappointed as the courier left the parcel at the side of the house we only found it by chance as whoever delivered it did not leave a card so I don't know how long it had been there I was wet from the rain luckily it wasn't damaged”
