“Wait was a lil long. As they needed to get the order processed. I began to get a Lil worried as the gift i got was to go towards my son's 1st birthday cake smash. I emailed customer service with concerns and told them I needed this order by the 4th Nov no later Shortly after I recieved an email. Telling me the order had still no been made but not to worry as it will definitely be with me by that date. A few days past and I recieved another email on friday telling me the pillow had been made but my hooded blanket would not be done until Monday morning. Now abit worry I emailed again to again express my concerns shortly after I recieved another mail telling me " I will personally put your order as a next day delivery meaning you will receive your gifts and your son will not miss out" Monday afternoon comes I email again. And shortly after. I receive an email of the same guy who replied too my email on Friday. "Yes Tom order is now complete and as promised I have personally sent these items for next day delivery here is the tracking number hope your son has a great time" I check tracking number and sure enough it was sent and on its way. Next morning items was delivered. I opened them up and instantly fell in love. I'm well chuffed with the material and the quality of the gifts and cannot wait too wrap my 1 year old son by then in his hooded cookie monster blanket after his cake smash. I felt I needed to leave a good review because altho the process was abit lengthy. Once explained what these gifts was for they got made and sent as quick as possible and was also very fast too responde. And let me know where they was each time. Definitely order from Custom Gifts again top quality items and great customer service. Thanks again.”

“Ordered the pixie and fluff rocking horse delivery a little longer than expected but arrived in perfect condition easy assembly I contacted customer service twice regarding delivery no wait time to talk to them and both advisors were e polite and very helpful. Will definitely order from here again”

“Absolutely thrilled with the personalised fleece blanket I purchased it was a fab size just right for cwtching under. It took a week but stated this at checkout so wasn’t disappointed. The price was great very reasonable & putting it together was surprisingly easy. Will definitely purchase again - would highly recommend”

“Ordered a blanket for my mothers birthday with a few of our sheep on. She loved it! Came back better than I’d have asked for absolutely lovely! Not a real fluffy, light blanket though. But still lovely and cosy and great quality, physically and visually. Thanks!”
