“I recently purchased a personalised Cardiff City Towel for my husband as a 2nd (Cotton) Wedding Anniversary Gift. He was absolutely delighted with it. Five star customer service was proved when the first towel arrived with a flaw in it. I emailed a photograph of the flaw to Custom Gifts. I received an immediate response encompassing an apology and as assurance that a new towel would be sent to print that day and posted “next day delivery”. I received a perfect towel within 48 hours in time for my Anniversary. I was told that I didn’t need to return the faulty towel, that I could either keep it or donate to my local animal shelter. What a fabulous idea. I highly recommend Custom gifts and will definitely purchase from this Company again. Thank you!”

“Fantastic Customer Service! I ordered a personalised towel for my husband as a gift for our Wedding Anniversary - when it arrived, there was a slight flaw in the towel - I contacted Custom Gifts explaining the situation and explaining that I did not want to return it until after my Wedding Anniversary as I wouldn't have a gift to give on the day (it was four to five days after receipt of my towel). I had an immediate response and a new perfect towel delivered before my Anniversary. I was told that there was no need to return the flawed towel and that I could either keep that one too or donate it to a local animal shelter. What a fabulous idea and what fantastic customer service. The second towel was of excellent quality and my husband loved it. Thank you Custom Gifts! Highly recommended.”

“Firstly, my order wasn’t delivered when it should have been. After calling custom gifts the gentleman who answered the phone was very apologetic and sorted out my order very promptly. The order was delivered the next day. Very happy with the service as sometimes these things happen and was very happy with the order. My partner was immensely impressed with the gift he received.
