Very disappointed with the curtains i purchased.. the blackout linings have made the colour too dark and lost the hessian appearance. A warning this would happen would have been useful. A waste of money as the curtains cannot be used.

I have to say that we were very disappointed with our curtains. Firstly, one pair had been pressed badly so that there is a double crease along the downward edge. (See photo). Secondly we were disappointed that the hems had been stitched with a standard machine stitch and not with a hemming stitch. Thirdly, the light filtering lining means that the colour and pattern of the fabric is bleached out by sunlight - thicker lining would have prevented this problem. (See photo). We realise that we chose light filtering lining, but the only other option was blackout lining, which we assumed would only be suitable for bedrooms and our curtains were for the living room. In addition, the curtains arrived 2 hours later than the delivery slot we were given and the package was damaged.

I am very disappointed with the curtains I ordered. The fabric is fine but there is no way I can make the heading tape into pinch pleats. It is far too thick and when checking I have found that double the blackout lining plus the curtain fabric has been doubled over and all of this has made a very bulky heading. I will have no alternative but to take off the heading tape and cut back the double blackout lining and fabric and then re stitch. This will involve quite a bit of work when I was expecting to have the curtains up by now. I have not seen heading tape for pinch pleat curtains done this way as there is no way they will pleat up and look good. I have ordered blinds from you before and they were fine but I would not recommend you for pinch pleat curtains with this very bulky heading. I have attached a photo to illustrate the problem.

Overall terrible customer service! Ordered samples for some wave curtains. Only half the samples arrived and no sign of the others arriving. I had to pay extra as i ordered more than 10 samples but never received all of the sample, plus i was never refunded. Customer service team are atrocious. Slow and uneducated about the products. I would at this point gone to another company, however, i specifically wanted the wave curtains which don't seem to be available elsewhere so was stuck using curtains to go. When curtains arrived the instructions are not clear if you're using top fixing brackets and customer service have no product knowledge and therefore not equipped to inform you on how to use the fittings. Plus they take no initiative to think that maybe the fitting instructions should be updated to reflect that fact that the face fittings are universal and can be used for the top fittings. Which as mentioned, isn't highlighted in the installation instructions. If the customer service were aware of this the 1st person i spoke to wouldn't have wasted my time sending out new part which weren't actually required.

I bought thermal curtains in 2017 and I was very happy with what I've received. I decided to get new curtains for our spare room this year and they came thin with no thermal lining behind and are see through. Very different from my first order. Too disappointed.

The curtains do not hang nicely at all. Both sides wont lay flat an curl back in. Also we gave opening size and curtains just meet in center. This is about 5th order from bonds to 2 go and first time we are very dissatisfied.

We ordered one set of curtains for our front room they were delivered within 10 days we ordered the second set which are matching to cover our patio doors, only to be told we can’t have them until April???

The curtains had not been pressed after making and so do not hang as well as they ought. Also there are no weights in the corners as there ought to have been and so this renders them inferior. There are 2 sets of curtains in this order and one pair in particular are quite big and heavy.

I was very disappointed with the curtains I ordered which arrived a couple of weeks ago. I had 2 pairs if faux silk curtains made and although the colour is a perfect match for my bedroom, once I hung them they did hang straight and I've had to steam and place some weights on the bottom to try and get them to hang correctly. Also, I definitely measured them correctly according to the instructions given but feel that they are not as full as they should be. Along the heading tape too the curtain material is not flat and is ruffled. Like I say for the price very disappointed.

I ordered three pairs of curtains. Five curtains were OK but the sixth was impossible to get to hang straight despite ironing, re-ironing and attaching lead weights to the hem. I contacted Curtains2go by email and attached photographs. They then asked for more photos which I sent along with photos taken from outside showing the curtain was not hanging correctly. They then asked that I take down the curtain, lay it on the floor and photograph the stitching. I replied that the curtain was 1.78 high and my husband was 78 and I am almost 70 and we had no desire to do this. I had more than adequately shown I had a problem and the cause of it was theirs to sort. I got nowhere. They are still asking for photos of the curtain laying on the floor. Very bad customer service considering I had, in the previous two months, purchased four window blinds from them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them.

Attention to detail would have gone along way like weights in the corners of the curtains. I am sure they do not cost much but the effect is far far better as I have found in previous suppliers curtains I have purchased.

The customer service and promptness of delivery was very good but the product was poor. It may have been the material and lining combo I choose but the stitchwork between the lining and curtain was poor and consequently the curtains do not hang well at all. The price was approx 25% cheaper than the outlet I normally use in London but I would not use this service again.

Ordered crushed velvet Oyster curtains. The hem was not straight so one of the curtains goes up at the corner and does not look good. The material looks cheap. I usually buy Laura Ashley curtains and the quality is always good and they hang beautifully. Expensive lesson learnt I guess.

Bought curtains Only find a few days later the price had dropped by 25%! No watch this space, event starting in few day. Nothing. To add insult to injury required tie backs at alter date and charged with delivery for them. Product are good. just check out the pricing and keep you eyes open.

Disappointed with finished product. Rather unusual 'finishing' of side seams; folded back and hand stiched in two or three places, which I have never come across before. Suspect this was to correct poor standard/inexperience when stiching in linings. Had I not been in an urgent need to hang, would certainly have returned.

Fairly poor quality curtains. Lining very thin and cheap (went for 'standard). Don't particularly hang very well and show all the stitching in dimples. Not good for the price. Wouldn't do it again.

Be very careful when getting your sample material. When the lining is put in the colour of the material changes, therefore not getting what you ordered!!
