Only saving grace they arrived promptly. Because the material is so lightweight and not would i describe as curtain weight they were creased on arrival.There is not enough material in then so when they are closed there are no pleats as they are stretched across the windoe expected better for the price

I love my curtains until we put them up and realised it was not one piece of material but made out of 2 panels on both sides.

I am disappointed with my curtains as although the fabric is lovely and they are well made, they do not have sufficient fabric in the width, so the end result is that they look somewhat stretched and skimpy when drawn together. The company policy is to use one and a half widths of fabric for eyelet curtains, so if you are thinking of ordering, be warned. I have had several pairs of eyelet curtains before, and they have always been fuller than this. I would not order from them again.

Curtains are good quality,my only issue is delivery time,I order from lots of different companies and curtains2go are by far the longest lead time.

Unfortunately, after looking at various fabrics and finally making a choice, I didn't put the size I required in to the box. Although this was completely my fault for not double checking, it would have been nice for company to query this with me. As it is I have a pair of perfectly made curtains 70 x 70 cms, which are no good.

I happy with service,fabric beautiful,samples excellent service,delivery and packed excellent,curtains I am disappointed as they 100x100 eyelet and my last ones had 14 pleats (each eyelet)these only have 6,I am so disappointed with the withd and I have hung them took them back down to try and make the 1curtain from slipping open on pole ,it didn’t stay in place,also I very disappointed with the weight as they were very light,and they suppose to be thermal lining but I don’t think so,if it is it is very poor,they have been up just over a week and I am still struggling with just the one curtain slipping

Well finished curtains. Only gave 3 stars because I would have liked them a bit fuller. I make curtains and always make them double width. Curtains2go made them 1 and a half times.

While these were well made curtains and to my specifications, I am very disappointed by the volume of material in the curtains. When you see them on the website they look full with good pleating. When they actually arrive they are almost devoid of any fullness and look quite sparse and cheap. I am very upset about this as I was going to order two more sets for my living room, but I cant risk them turning up like this. My previous blinds were excellent, so this is a huge disappointment.

I ordered two roller blinds and two sets of curtains, both in the same colour. The blinds came pretty quickly but I was waiting for my curtains for a much longer period. I’m fully aware of the timescale in which how long certain orders can take but in the end, I had to email the Comany and ask if they were ready. I did receive a very courteous reply and was assured of a specific date in which they would be delivered. They arrived a few days earlier than expected which was good but how my curtains(which had cost a fair amount)were packaged, were totally unacceptable. I really do think that curtains2go need to rethink how the items purchased from themselves, should be packed.... especially multiple and bulky items. The box was half open when I received it, and extremely battered which could have had a huge impact on my curtains becoming damaged. I appreciate that some of the lack of responsibility could lay at curtains2go desired Courier but non the less, packaging needs a huge rethink. If customers pay a lot of money, then they deserve a decent service. I’m disappointed as I’ve used curtains2go before and have been very satisfied, unfortunately this time I wasn’t and will not be purchasing from them again. I have actually now ordered curtains and blinds from another Company for my Lounge.

Service up until delivery was good - Unfortunately you send an Email stating it has been dispatched by courier for next day delivery with a tracking number to enable the buyer to follow the order for delivery. The Tracking number does not work ( the couriers system cant find the order) and delivery was 5 - 6 days after the Email. This has happened twice to me now so it was not a one off occurrence and I wasted a lot of days waiting in for the delivery as it requires a signature. ....... very poor experience which marred the process.

I am very pleased with the material and blackout lining. However, although I followed your measuring instructions, they are slightly too short, especially as the blackout lining finishes shorter than I would have expected. I shall have to lengthen one pair of the curtains, which is a task I could do without.

Rather disappointed with my curtains. I ordered a pair in oyster crushed velvet fabric and they don't look worth the money I paid for them. Also the hem at the bottom of one of the curtains goes up and does not look good. I usually buy my curtains from Laura Ashley and the quality is always fantastic so I guess you do get what you pay for. If I had purchased these from a shop I would definitely return them for a refund but I guess I'm stuck with them

Curtains are overall nice, however a couple of points to note: Material not as heavy as I imagined. Not sure my free thermal lining has been included, the lining is standard cotton with nothing in between. The sides of the curtain are finished but the folded edge is not sewn the entire length (just odd stitches placed along the side) Curtain hooks supplied are terrible & stick out the top of the curtain no matter how adjusted.

Delivery was later than the 7-10days expected, and the curtains didn't seem any thicker with the thermal lining. just normal lining it seemed. Lovely quality but just OK

I ordered blinds and curtains from you and have been very pleased with both. Both are very good quality and we'll made. I would definitely recommend blinds 2 go and curtains 2 go

The curtains look good in our bedroom although four of the eyelets on one pair were jagged on the reverse side and my wife cut her finger on one. If it had been on the 'room' side it would have been noticeable and we would have sent them back. There was also less gather than we were led to believe after phoning them up though I personally don't think this is a problem my wife is a little disappointed though again not enough to warrant returning them.
