None of the fittings they provide actually black out. Curtains cannot be black out if they have a 2cm tolerance. Their customer service love to send around emails to other people so they can all copy and paste standard replies denying any issues with their products. Better off getting something in person and paying a higher price. Terrible product and terrible customer service.

Bought a pair of curtains made to measure!! Nothing outlandish there, the width was standard I could have bought off the shelf from dunelm. When they arrived I eagerly hung them .. perfect length but width wise each Curtain was made from two pieces of material, so when they were drawn all you could see was a bloody big seam running the full height of both curtains! And there was a dark smudge between curtain and lining ! I complained mainly for the ridiculous way the curtains were made… I was eventually sent a new pair … this time no smudge but still made from four pieces of material! They look shocking and I cannot get my £200 back !! I would never buy or recommend this company to anyone … just go buy your Curtains from Dunelm or some other reputable company!

Customer service is zero. Order made to measure curtains at £420 for a huge floor to ceiling window mid April with delivery expected 18th May. 11th May received email asking me to confirm the eyelets chosen (clearly shown on my order). 18th May came and went and received another email about the eyelets. Once again I responded immediately. A further week passes and a the website says they're being "quality checked". They eventually arrive 16th June. I hung them the following day and they're dreadful. They're not the drop given and the hem looks like a sea tide. I spoke to customer services who asked me to email pictures. Emailed pictures as per instruction and hear nothing. I email again advising I want to complain officially and receive the same generic send photos email. I'm disgusted. The only reason I've extended my patience is because my elderly mum chose these curtain to replace ones damaged in a flood and she simply loved the design which I couldn't find anywhere else. I'm now awaiting a full refund and the dreadfully made curtains they've supplied will be heading back to them or the skip. So disappointed. I can only assume all the glowing reviews on websites are fabricated by bots. Disgusted.

Ordered two pairs of made to measure pinch pleat curtains totalling almost £500, firstly one curtain arrived without hooks so we had to wait another week for those to arrive before we could put them up (no apology), only to find that they aren't really made to measure as they didn't fit. They were too short and did not match our specifications when we ordered them. I complained to their 'customer service' team, by email as you can't ring them, to be told that they have a policy of tolerance within 300mm of the order, and - this is a copy from the email they sent me "if we were to have the curtains replaced they would still arrive the same"!!! They offered to give us a "substantial discount" to have them remade, however the previous quote from them didn't really give us confidence, and why should we pay for their mistake anyway? We sent a further 6 emails to them asking for a better solution and never received a reply, so raised it with PayPal and have now received a refund. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would have given zero stars if that was an option, it was a thoroughly stressful and disappointing experience.

My curtains were delivered to they wrong address. They look great but can't be hung as the hooks don't hold the weight of the curtains and just slip off. Email response is very frustrating, taking over a week each time and to date my problem is not resolved leaving me very disappointed.

My wife ordered a curtain for our conservatory. Arrived on time. Correct size but so different from the website picture. Very poor quality voile for £320 ! Could get the same quality much cheaper in any shops. Full of creases which can not be ironed. Previously we ordered blinds and happy with them but this time I am still shocked ! How do they justify the above price for a piece of voile?

I ordered Cath Kidston vintage bunch curtains made to match the existing bedding I have in this range brought from Cath Kidston. They don’t match! The background colour is totally different and I have large vertical seams running down the middle of the curtain!! It looks awful Don’t assume if you have existing Cath Kidston items they will match? Which is bizarre because they should as only come in one colour in that range. I asked for a full refund they haven’t replied as yet. Not acceptable at all.

We ordered 3 curtains using the Curtains 2Go website. Having checked the reviews before I figured it would be a good choice, plus the website had plenty of useful information and was easy to use. I thus ordered 1 125 x 147 cm curtain and 2 186 x 150 cm for close to £600. To my surprise, the last 2 were 180 x 232 cm and therefore not fit for purpose. Now the company keeps wasting my time, asking for photos through unhelpful emails and taking several days to reply, everytime with yet more senseless photographic demands but no solution in the horizon. The quality of the materials is also a lot less impressive than some of the reviews communicate. A very bad experience and I'd invite anyone considering to disburse their hard earned cash to think hard before going ahead with their order.

Do not order from this company they sent me a pair of curtains at two different lengths and then didywant to do about rectifying the problem extremely disappointed with this company

Avoid at all costs!!!! The worst customer service I have ever received! Ordered 3 pairs of curtains before Christmas when I moved into my new house. 2 pairs came after one month (not 7 days as stated) and one of these were completely water marked and unusable and two months later I have just received an email for the 3rd time to say out of stock on the 3rd. I have been on the phone for hours to try and change the order but staff are incredibly rude and do not care. Just tell me I have to wait when I have paid £1,000.

Awful! Ordered some curtains online. Waited 8 days for these to arrive before being told that they were out of stock when I queried where they were. They had already taken my money and now the only thing they have offered is for me to wait 30 days for item to be in stock or wait up to 5 days for them to refund my money. Very inconvenient. Would never use this company again

cancelled an order placed that was placed on a bank holiday Saturday and cancelled on Sunday 24 hours later only to get a cancellation charge stating the fabric had been printed! We are pensioners and feel we have been badly treated by this company I would read the terms and conditions very carefully and avoid this company as they apply them in a draconian way AVOID

I purchased curtains for my new house and when I went to hang them they had a hole in the material. I spent over an hour on the phone. Customer service were unhelpful and would not refund. I would not use this company again as they are unhelpful and there is no customer care. Go elsewhere if you can!

I would like to make a complain how is bad their service, I have place an order on 11th April, delivery must be done by 17th April, but the courier didn't have the door number, either no information was given or sent to the customer for an update. I did try to call to customer service, the customer service was poor, they did promise to deliver on Monday but the courier wasn't able to deliver. I try to call again to talk to manager or superviser but no one gave me a call or wasn't able to talk. Therefore, I lost my clients and trust in front of my clients. The service is bad, customer service is horrible.

The curtains came but they have a huge seam running right down the middle of the curtain in a prominate place and look terrible. The lining is also extremely cream and with the grey curtains is a horrible contrast . I have had all my blinds and curtains from you which have been fabulous but unfortunately these are below standard and I will be taking them down asap !
