There was still needles in the hem keeping it up as not sewn. Also a slight dip in hem one side. Disappointed as material is lovely.

I was promised my curtains for June 20 th, then July12th.Now the earliest date possible is after the 19 th July.

Worst worst worst customer service ever received. Ordered made to measure curtains that they made too short, I've been passed around pillar to post saying they would send out replacements. Hasn't happened. No one knows what's going on. The team obviously don't talk to each other and they defiantly don't respond to any of my emails. Only rating 2 stars because the fabric I ordered is good quality. Never ever ever using this company again.

I ordered two sets of curtains for my dining room and neither are wide enough after complaining ive emailed photographs with the curtains laid at the side of a tape measure as evidence and they have said their sizeing is not the usual x2 but x1.5 of the pole measurements provided! I dont consider in excess of £400 cheap for a pair of badly fitting curtains...I wish id gone to Dunelm!

Having used curtains to go once before, I did not hesitate when I needed another pair of new curtains. However the whole process has been a nightmare. I received the curtains and put them up, only to realise the colour was wrong - they had been made with the material effectively the wrong way round. I called the helpline and after submitting photos they called me back and apologised for the mistake. Given the curtains were far from cheap, I suggested I would consider keeping the curtains if a discount was applied (and I would instead repaint the room). I was told the maximum discount was 10% (which I was highly surprised at) and so opted to have them re-made. I had to chase the curtains as did not hear anything regarding their delivery. I was told different things by different people regarding a delivery date and they really couldn’t fathom how to deliver the new curtains and collect the incorrect ones in the same day. I explained that I couldn’t be without curtains in my bedroom and need to ensure I had the correct curtains before sending the incorrect curtains back. Due to the size and weight of the curtains (and living in London and commuting to central London) I was unable to take the curtains to work for collection and delivery. After numerous calls with different people (and a palaver over delivery of packaging which never came) I was told delivery and collection would take place on a set date. So despite this being entirely the fault of curtains 2 go, I had to take a day off work to sit at home (they don’t pay for collections and delivery at a weekend). I was sent labels to put on the box for the return of the wrong curtains and was assured collection and delivery would take place. I took delivery of the new curtains just fine. However it got to around 5pm and the old curtains still hadn’t been collected. I even called again and was assured they would be collected at any time up to 7pm. 7:50pm and no collection so I called yet again. I was told collection hadn’t been arranged and I had to arrange a time slot by calling a number. This was never communicated to me – in fact I was told there was no way of arranging a delivery or collection time slot (and therefore there was no guarantee the new ones would come before the old ones were collected). The upshot is, I have to take another day off work to organise for collection. No offer of any compensation or discount has been received. Whilst the individuals I spoke to were all friendly and tried to be helpful, the overall customer service experience was appalling.

We bought three pairs of curtains in the same fabric but different sizes. All hung on exactly the same standard rail. Largest pair were made with the ringlets to far apart so the back of the curtains drags on the wall and has worn through in just over 15 months Costing over £400 pounds! The three year guarantee means nothing as customer service claimed this was not their responsibility and offered nothing but a discount on a new pair. This is a company that does not care about there customers. I've spent nearly £1000 with them and have been treated appallingly and now have a £400 pair of curtains less than 18 months old with weir through the fabric all along the top of the curtains.

I ORDERED CURTAINS IN INCHES THEY CAME BACK IN CMS RUNG THEM UP TO TELL THEM THEIR REPLY.SORRY WE CAN ONLY OFFER YOE TO MAKE YOU NEW ONES IN INCHES IT WENT FROM £98 TO £213,ISAID I WILL HAVE TO CANCEL THEM AS I CANNOT AFFORD THAT PRICE AS I AM A PENSIONER.THERE AND THEY GOT THE SIZE WRONG.THERE REPLY IF YOU CANCEL IT WILL COST YOU £40 TO CANCEL.SO I HAVE FINISHED UP WITH NO CURTAINS AND A COST OF £40 WOULD NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE FRED WIGAN

I tried to order the final pair of curtains to complete my room and was told the fabric was discontinued, it was only a few weeks after the initial order. This has left me with one window without curtains to match. I am really disappointed as I cannot match the fabric anywhere , I think they should let customers know that this can happen when they place an order. I have asked if they can give me any details of where they purchased the fabric but have not heard back as yet.

Custom made curtains were delivered in the right material, but wrong colour with tiebacks that were correct so didn't match. Origionally I was told that I was wrong and it was just 'the light' then finally they admitted it was a different colour and refused to re-make them claiming that there could be 'dye differences' ie. all if the colours provided and samples can't be trusted. I ordered several samples again and they were all the same as the fabric that I wanted, but they claimed there was nothing they could do as they obviously did not want to re-make the curtains so only offered 15% off. After a lot of pushing this was increased to 40%, but no attempt was made to correct the clear fault and the fabric is still on sale. Customer service is very bad.

Terrible company! Ordered what I thought would be good quality curtains but instead ended up spending £150 for a set of curtains with a horrible seam running through the middle that wasn't even ironed out! A very expensive mistake. I have bought plenty of ready made and made to measure curtains and never had this issue. It isn't even a big window! There was never a mention of the seam. I also tried contacting customer service who were very unhelpful and would not offer even to take curtains back. Will definitely not recommend!

Curtains arrived in a box far to small for them. They were so creased that they look like rags! Not happy!

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the workmanship and overall finish of the curtains. I ordered three pairs and sincerely wish that I had ordered one pair to see what they were like as I would have gone elsewhere for the others.
