“Super-fast delivery of fully recyclable cups, strong and good looking. Can go in household recycling which is fantastic. Packed in paper wrappers too - no plastic anywhere. Many thanks”

“Delivery service has a lot to be desired, not the speed of delivery but how, the company that delivers have been known to leave the delivery outside (an open) in the rain rather than bring into the kitchen”

Good afternoon, I'm sorry to hear that your boxes have been left outside. We've had a look into this and we can see that this has only been the case when delivered by DPD as the carrier so I suggest using APC going forward to see if this makes a difference.
