“I didn't realise the trays I ordered didn't come with the lids, so what I thought was a reasonable price (little more expensive that usual supplier, but they were out of stock currently) turned out to be a lot more expensive as I had to order the lids too! Not cheapest place, in fact, turned out to be a dear do..but customer service was great & sent out immediately with free delivery. Thank you”

“I went to order plastic cups for the Clare Priory Craft Fair as I have in past years, OXO, I placed an order for the 12oz and asked to be notified when the 22oz were back in stock. I then was told that the OXO were no longer available so I ordered Tuff range making a mistake that the 22oz were in boxes of 500, several email later I had to order another 500 of the Tuff, the email exchanges were with Adelle and she was very helpful. The points I make are, when an item is no longer available it should be show so on your web site as I could have ordered the rPET earlier when in stock, secondly If all this was know when ordering I would have had one delivery with no delivery charge, but as it happened i had to place three orders and pay two delivery charges”

“Delivery service has a lot to be desired, not the speed of delivery but how, the company that delivers have been known to leave the delivery outside (an open) in the rain rather than bring into the kitchen”

Good afternoon, I'm sorry to hear that your boxes have been left outside. We've had a look into this and we can see that this has only been the case when delivered by DPD as the carrier so I suggest using APC going forward to see if this makes a difference. “We buy plastic cups foil trays all good had a slight problem with the four and a half ounce plastic pots with lids half the lids don't fit very annoying”
