“The service and speed of delivery are really great. However the film front bags are not so good. With only 50 per cent useable, as when you put the product inside the bags the seals become unstuck. “Nice people to deal with. Although amongst the cups sent were quite a few broken ones. Probably a packing issue with many of them split and too tightly stacked. Cups Direct were extremely helpful up to a point, but when it happened another time they didn't really want to know saying that no other customer had the problem. Think we'll have to send photographic evidence directly to the manufacturer as holes and splits occurred again this weekend while we were trying to serve.”
