“I went to order plastic cups for the Clare Priory Craft Fair as I have in past years, OXO, I placed an order for the 12oz and asked to be notified when the 22oz were back in stock. I then was told that the OXO were no longer available so I ordered Tuff range making a mistake that the 22oz were in boxes of 500, several email later I had to order another 500 of the Tuff, the email exchanges were with Adelle and she was very helpful. The points I make are, when an item is no longer available it should be show so on your web site as I could have ordered the rPET earlier when in stock, secondly If all this was know when ordering I would have had one delivery with no delivery charge, but as it happened i had to place three orders and pay two delivery charges”

“Bought some clear 12oz deli pots as travel containers for my baby snakes. I need them to be secure and transparent which they absolutely are! Others i have tried are not clear enough or the lids are too weak and break with use. These seem very robust and great value for the amount! I will be recommending these and using them from now on! Bigger deli pots for more grown up snakes would be amazing!”
