“I was delighted to receive my.new cuckoo clock, my previous one of over 50 years having been ,deemed as not mendable. However there is a problem in that the cuckoo door gets stuck open at least once every 24 hours and.i.have to pull on the cuckoo chain to get it going again. I'm not sure how to get help.putting this right. The clock.keeps good time, otherwise.”

Hello Gillian, We're sorry to hear that. There is a chance that there is a twist in the clock chain. We recommend that you let the clock weight fall all the way without winding it for a day or so. This will let the chain unravel and hopefully the kink in the chain will come out. Please let us know if the problem still persists and we will try to find a solution. “Had some issues first being the clock had to be made which we didn't know until an email arrived so it had to come from Germany ,,,,and the senders put wrong address meaning it took many emails and messages just to get it to my home ,,,however the clock is what io expected and this company did what they could to make it as easy as possible ,,,I would recommend”
