I was delighted to receive my.new cuckoo clock, my previous one of over 50 years having been ,deemed as not mendable. However there is a problem in that the cuckoo door gets stuck open at least once every 24 hours and.i.have to pull on the cuckoo chain to get it going again. I'm not sure how to get help.putting this right. The clock.keeps good time, otherwise.
