“We were anxious about ordering goods from overseas but the clock turned up, perfectly packaged and with the most detailed instructions for setting up that we've had with any product. The clock is beautiful. It's home is now in a French ski chalet and it's admired by everyone. Our grandchildren love it and count off the hours along with the cuckoo. We'll be hard pushed to find a gift so well received.”

“This is a solid mechanical cuckoo clock. Very skilled and beautiful design. Pulling chains weekly to maintain the working, is fun. There is a key that can disable the cuckoo, but why would you? This is a fun and happy clock/piece of art on my mums' wall.”

“I’m in the US and found the “Chalet 1-day cuckoo clock with twin opening doors, two birds and an array of maple leaves 26cm by Hubert Herr” at a thrift store in excellent condition. It was missing a maple leaf thing that knocks back and forth to make it work. Do you sell parts to this model? Also,the twin cuckoo birds only come out half way when they cuckoo cuckoo, should they come out all the way? If so are there parts I can get to fix it? Thank you. Jessicadkauk(at)gmail(dot)com”

“I bought a quartz cuckoo clock a few months ago from Cuckoo Collections. Very good firm to deal with answering all my queries pre purchase. Super accurate clock very similar to classic mechanical one with twelve tunes sounding just like music box. I would have preferred a wooden cuckoo door as the plastic one with visible screw heads could look better also silent pendulum would be nice if one could hear the clock ticking. However thrilled with the beautifully carved clock to add to my collection of four other mechanical cuckoo clocks!”
