“Very efficient, the visa's arrived within 3 or 4 days of applying but the charge relating to them was much more expensive than I was lead to believe. My travel company said it would be about £15 to £17 per visa plus postage. In the end the Bill came to £65 and nothing to show the price paid on the visa. Have I been ripped off?”

Dear Jeremy, thank you for your feedback. If you could kindly check with the Cuban Consulate, you will have a good comparison point. They do charge £39 GBP per person + postage, so in two tourist cards, you would have likely paid over 84 GBP for the same tourist cards on standard service which can take up to 1 month to deliver to you. We offered for 66 GBP, and we were sending them on Priority with quick processing and posting service. We hope that this clarifies your doubts. “I was a little anxious having previously been directed to a non governmental site when buying American visas and paying way over the odds. I therefore researched many reviews before taking the plunge with cubavisa site. I was not dissappointed they provided a reliable cost effective easy to use site.”

“Cheaper than the Cuban Embassy (although I understand this might change in the future). Could apply online, unlike the embassy. Very quick return of Tourist Cards. Really helpful/friendly advice when I telephoned the office. 10/10!”

“Our first trip to Cuba coming up in February which is part of a western Caribbean cruise, didn’t even know we needed visas, anyway contacted Cuba visa and got all information we needed from Fabian who certainly was very knowledgable and in around 4 days we received the necessary tourist cards in the post. And please note the cruise ship comes into Havana 3 times so we needed 3 tourist cards each , we are totally delighted with the fast and efficient service we received. Thank you Fabian.
