“They picked up my call despite it being in the evening and out of office hours. Also produced my tourist card for the next day morning and than to them I could leave in teh afternoon. Great service. Price was also very good, considering my circumstances, it was a bargain.”

“Hello. Following your email reply (which I appreciated receiving) I just wanted to have the chance to reply to it. We did not notice that the payment had gone twice, until both tourist visa were received by post. We had changed email address as we had used a different card (to avoid the same issue from happening again). If we would have know that the payment had gone twice, we would have contacted you immediately. Thank you for your time, I do appreciate it. I understand that this was an unfortunate misunderstanding/malfunctioning of the system? bank company?. Thank you for this customer support. Annabelle Flores”

Dear Anabelle, we sorry to hear that had some issues when applying online. We have looked into the information and found that because you used and paid with two different emails and first clients names, this wasn't picked up by our staff. Confirmations emails were sent to you immediately if you contacted us there and then we promise we would have refunded one or the other as required. Once Tourist Cards are issued is impossible for us to reuse this cards hence no refund can be given at that point. We have not received an email from your regarding this in the past. We value your feedback and thank you for taking the time to write about us.

“I used Cubavisa services in December 2016 for the very first time, but it wasn't the last one. Before them, I was dealing with the embassy directly. It wasn't easy, and it was more expensive if I count all the postal costs and the time I had to invest. Cubavisa is indeed "simple, efficient and to the point" as they were referring to themselves. Only can recommend it!”

“I needed a reliable bike for my trip from Havana to Vinales and back. And this is pretty much the only place in Havana that can provide me with a bike of that quality. Perfectly maintained bicycle. The owner was very easy going guy and we had a great chat about current situation in Cuba.”

Dear Anna, thank you for writing a review about our services. To start we would like to tell you that ourselves travel quite often to Cuba, using our own tourist cards and we an other travellers use this tourist cards without any problems. Now, if your tour operator would have provided you with this Tourist Cards, then is something that you should check with your Tour Operator before buying your Tourist Card with any provider. The word "scam" is quite harsh as we have provided the service and the Tourist Cards arrived to you. With regards to its validity, it is 100% real as we and other 500 clients a month use our services. If you would like to meet for a chat face to face, we will welcome you to our office near Vauxhall Station in central London, or arrange a call with you for further information. Anyone travelling to Cuba has to have a tourist card before departure. Some charter flights may give them to you aboard but please check that this is the case, as if you travel with any Schedule flight you will not be able to board the plane, guaranteed. We look forward hearing back from you and please note that if you still have your tourist card, you can use it if you wish to travel back to Cuba. Regards. Cubavisa team.
