“This will be my first visit to Cuba so I was really unsure about the Tourist Card process. I neednt have worried. The application process was so simple and I had my visas back within 2 days. Excellent service.”

“Having booked our holiday to Cuba we were a bit daunted about the visa process as we couldn't get to the embassy and our travel company wanted to charge a lot of money. We were so pleased to find Cubavisa.uk as their charges are reasonable and service was great, we filled in the online form, paid securely by card and within 5 days our visa's were delivered. “Having never been to Cuba I didn't know about the visa required until I had booked. Straight away I tried to get the visa sorted. Being a Sunday I assumed it was being the reason that I was unable to get past the details . I tried and twice got to the paying stage and then nothing. Monday morning tried again then 3rd time it went through. About an hour later a lovely man rang to say I had paid for 4 visas and kindly voided one and then answered some questions about what Cuba was like. He was really nice and very helpful and in fact if all the men in cuba are as courteous and helpful as he was I cannot wait to get there. Thank you Cubavisa you definitely deserve to be recommended. Thank you very much xx”

“Very efficient service, I was a little worried that I had left ordering my Visa's a little late as I had only booked my holiday twelve days prior to my departure date, so for peace of mind I ordered via the special delivery option. My visa's were dispatched within hours and received the following day. I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the service, highly recommended, I would definitely use again, well done.”
