“Information was easy to access. replies were very prompt. Visa arrived very quickly in post. Only didn't give top mark as the website told me there was a problem with payment by mycredit card when actually there wasn't.”

“Oh my goodness . They were absolutely fantastic nothing waa too much trouble and the cost was fab I had my tourist card within 24 hours. Definately recommend this company to everyone. Thank you”

“I am so greatful to cubavisa.uk as I worried about how to get our visa's as I thought it was included in our holiday but no.. so I went onto this website and it was so easy to just fill in my families details and paid the fee which was cheaper than going onto other sites. I then paid for express delivery and within a few days I had the visa's in my hand. Would highly recommend.”

“We made a mistake filling in an application form we rang Cuba visa who was very helpful and rectified it immediately. The visas arrived the day after we ordered them. First class service definitely recommend them.”

“Excellent service. We have booked our holiday to Cuba with Thomson and through Thomson the visa application process is much more complicated and more expensive than Cubavisa. Cubavisa also keep you up to date with the visa process and it was on my doorstep in about two days.”

“It was a very easy process, so easy that I was suspicious. However having completed everything on line, and paid, the visa / tourist cards turned up the next day by recorded delivery. Brilliant. We shall see if they work in Cuba, when we get there”
