“Still waiting for visas”

Dear Phillip, Thank you for your feedback. As you applied with Standard and 1st Class post, your tourist card was posted a few days later after you applied. Looking into the Royal Mail track and signed details, it shows that postman attempted delivery on 10 Dec 2018 but as there was no one at home they left a Something for your card, and it is ready for collection from your Royal Mail collecting office, or you can ask for a re-delivery. “Put off getting the tourist card because I thought it would mean hours of form filling. What a surprise?? These people made it all happen very easily with minimum stress. A quick 2 forms to fill in for my husband and I, a quick payment page and within one week our 2 Tourist Visa Cards were delivered by special delivery from Royal Mail. Excellent job!!”

“The application for 2 Cuban Visas was very simple, as long as you have booked flights and have an address for first night in Cuba. The visas were quite expensive he basic cost is only £17 each, so £34 became £60 with the service and postage, but they did arrive very quickly and good information from Cubavisa as to when the application was received and when they were sent.”
