“After being advised to use a certain visa tourist company by my travel agent for my holiday to Cuba I was stunned to find how much they charge basically another rip off! Then came across Cubavisa.uk was a bit sceptical to use the site at first till I read the reviews . But really glad I did such a good and quick service would recommend .”

“It was so easy the whole application took 5 minutes, everything was online with no need to post any documents or proof of travel. Cost me £88 for 3 tourist cards compared to the site that my travel company Thomson directed me to who wanted to charge £74 each x 3 = £ 222 and all they did was act as a third party who only checked the paperwork and forwarded it to the Cuban Embassy on your behalf. Spoke to the staff several times as I made a mistake on one of my visa applications and to be fair they were extremely polite and helpful. They did everything they could to make the whole experience simple and easy. I believe they are also a travel company so if they are I will be dumping Thomson and using them in future. If any company wants to know what good customer service is then go and spend the day with theses people. It must be a great place to work.”

“Really quick service - I was a bit worried because I left it quite late to apply and had two and a half weeks to go before my trip - but it only took a couple of days max and then I got an email to say my visa had been posted! Made the process simple and stress free - thank you very much :)”
