“The process was simple and straightforward, the cost reasonable, and the service fast and efficient. I saw on their checking email that I had made a typo so I phoned and immediately spoke to someone who was really helpful and it was corrected within moments at no cost to me. Great service!”

“Having never applied for a Visa before, I was a little nervous. I needn't have worried. The whole process was painless, The application form was easy to fill in. Almost immediately after submitting the form, A confirmation e-mail was sent. The Visa arrived exactly on the due date. I would definitely recommend this site.”

“As we'd not been to Cuba before we were unsure of the best way to obtain a tourist card. Our travel company recommended the Cuban Embassy in London but were concerned that we couldn't contact them or call in personally. I spotted Cubavisa via google and took a chance and it all seemed very straight-forward. We received our cards within 5 days so we're very happy and of course it's cheaper than the embassy.”
