“I have been using this site for our Visas since Thomas Cook stopped operating so a good few years. Great efficient service. I completed the on line form on 02/01/24 and received confirmation of posting via Royal Mail on 04/01/24 and the visas arrived on 05/01/24. Superb. Thank you.”

“What a great service! I provided the wrong delivery address and Royal Mail lost my visa letter. The Cuba Visa team was super friendly and helpful, followed up with Royal Mail and myself multiple times, and in the end issued another visa free of charge. Big thank you!!”

“Extremely efficient and super helpful! Fabio was superb and helped us to secure our visas in time for our holiday the following day. Due to a misunderstanding (we thought it was all online nowadays) and thought we would miss our holiday so we was very stressed and upset but in contacting cubavisa and speaking to Fabio we were able to hand collect our visas the same day!! We can’t thank him enough!!”

“I was really REALLY impressed by the service that Cubavisa provided. It was a simple application process, and as I completed it in the morning it was processed same day and under the Special Delivery option arrived for signature at my door by 9am the following morning! I just hope getting into Cuba is as simple and straight!”

“I had a straight forward and satisfying experience obtaining my tourist card. I completed the easy to fill online application process and paid. Two days later to my astonishment the tourist card arrived hand delivered. What an excellent and professional service. 5 Stars!!! I cannot wait to visit Cuba I've wanted to go all my life!!!”
