“Absolutely top notch service after trouble with another (.gov recommended) site. Very easy to use, just have your travel docs ready and booked all 4 of us onto it in minutes, price very fair and just the one special delivery charge. Comms are good, rapid turnaround and heard earlier than expected with a tracking number, delivered next day Post Office special delivery as promised. Just got to hope Hurricane Ian has left some places to visit now! I would strongly recommend using their service and the rest of their website and info/offers are very interesting too. Great service Cubavisa, thank you 👏🏻👏🏻👍”

“Lost the will to live trying to load the required documents onto the Cuba Govt site; so went for the simpler option. Not sure how much of a premium Cuba visa charge..but whatever it is the service is excellent and worth every penny”

We include our admin charge (minimal) for each tourist card, but overall you end up paying the same or less as if you had to apply by post through the Cuban Consulate. “Was nervous because I left it to the week before to apply for the Visa card, but they have many delivery options and so it was delivered to me so quickly, no hassle nothing. It was super easy and I’m really happy with the service! Would 100% use again”

“The process of applying was so easy. After four days it was confirmed that my Visa had been issued. There was a slight delay in receiving it due to delay by the postal service. Not the fault of Cubavisa. Excellent service unlike an other country whose delay and bureaucracy caused me to have to cancel my holiday.”
