“I spent some time comparing the half dozen or so different websites offering to provide visas, some with very similar names. In the end I chose Cubavisa.uk because it gave a specific time scale, I could use Royal Mail Special Delivery (most important as it was just before Christmas) and it was also one of the cheapest. Everything worked perfectly and on time. We had a wonderful holiday too!”

“At the time of writing I have not yet used my Cuba Tourist Card. However I reviewed several companies offering the same or similar service. Cubavista.uk had the simplest on line form and after filling it in the card arrived 2/3 days later that was it. It was also one of the cheapest. The tour company I am using (very good no complaints) suggested a visa company that charged £40 consular fee plus their charge of £99 Plus VAT £18.80 total £158.80. Their on line form was also much more complex. What's not to like?”

“Very reliable and reasonably priced service. I recommend you to check the spellings of each name when emailed the confirmation as the company allows 24 hrs for reviews and amendments, prior to submitting the applications. I mistyped the names As I used my mobile, not a good idea to deal with it when riding the bus! I mailed the office and their supervisor explained to me with a lot of compassion and patience that the only way forward will be to pay only the minimum charge and get the documents re-issued. I felt very silly and impatient, but he assured me that this time he will email me the forms first . It was my fault and I appreciated his gentleman approach. Thank you for not allowing me to turn a small bump in to a drama”

“Didn't advise me correctly regarding which visa I needed- had to buy another one at the airport in the US. Never responded to my complaint. Don't use online services like these; you can buy the tourist card at your boarding airport. Ring your airport/airline ahead of flight to make sure.”

“I applied for my Cuba Tourist card online and it literally arrived within days. Super fast & super efficient service. Would definitely use them again if I need another visa for Cuba. Would highly recommend.”
