“When booking a flight there was an issue on the airlines side, however a member of the Customer Care Executive was in contact immediately to help and was able to get everything sorted quickly, with the member of staff being polite and professional.”

“My contact at Crystal Travel was Ms. Lisa Smith...Her kind care and effectiveness were superb. I encountered a difficulty with my credit card (couldn't obtain the security code sent to my mobile)--she resolved it in a few minutes, over the phone. I received from her all the information and, indeed, got a fantastic deal on a nonstop roundtrip London to Los Angeles.”

“Though i will be travelling in the next few days,Kathy has been so helpful and she makes the process very simple and straight forward. Just call and she is readily available to sort things out. “Christy was very quick to attend to my problem, as I was in the middle of booking and the seats, that the app I was using, reserved were already booked and returned me back to the homepage. She instantly called me back and did a very great job in securing the flight that I am intending to get on. Not many people I have booked with have that urge to get things done asap. “Whilst I have not yet made my journey making my flight booking by telephone was made very easy due to the help of Philip Carter. Philip give a clear description of what to expect and followed up promptly by email.”

“Booking failed and then I had to call a helpline which said it was in London but obviously in India. Indian guy with a British name, to get the booking activated. Then the price went up by 40 pounds. Not impressed by the service so far.”
