“On previous occasions, I have been left less than satisfied w/ Crystal Travel, which left me a bit apprehensive w/ going forward w/ my booking. HOWEVER, after engaging directly w/ Philip Cartar (of the Online Team), I believe that he was extremely invaluable in resolving an issue I had with an online reservation, and his proactive actions provided for an excellent service overall. Based on the wonderful encounter w/ Philip Cartar, I look forward to future travels via his and his team's services.”

“Totally shocking, booked a flight with them to Singapore in December. Once the flight was booked, a short while later i recieved an email stating the flight booking was declined. No bother, this has happened before with another travel agent. It normally requires a quick call, a slight change and all would be sorted. Not with Crystal Travel. 24 hours after my first call to them, 3 promised call backs, 1 promised email and still no closer to confirming my flights Money has been taken, I keep being put on hold then get told there are no managers, or supervisors in the office to give me a proper explanation for the utterly woreful customer service. If it was a £15 Ryanair flight I wouldnt mind, but when spending close to £600 on a flight and then being told that for the exact same flight and time i now need to pay over £70 more, or £200 if i want a different flight is insane. I have been told I will recieve a call back at 2pm today (28/6/18) which i can be 100% sure will not happen. I would avoid at all costs. Seems to be happening alot to reviews below, not the bot generated 100% happy reviews.”

“Christy the agent was exceptionally helpful. And I truly do mean exceptional, not just good. My original booked was declined as one of the seats on one of my connecting flights had become unavailable. At first I was very annoyed about this, however I called Crystal Travel and was put through to Christ. Christy was patient, understanding and apologetic. She then went one to find me an alternative connecting fight, departing 1 hour earlier so that too much of my trip wasn't altered. The price for this flight was still considerably more than the initial book I had tried to make, however Christy could see this and that I was not happy so liaised with her manager several times to negotiate the price down to be within my budget. Still slightly more than I had initially booked, but still an acceptable price was agreed on. Christy then took some details, proceeded to book the flights and as promised called me back promptly after the flights had been confirmed. Throughout the whole experience Christy was extremely polite and professional, someone who truly understands customer service.”
