“Christy was so helpful! It was late at night and I couldnt get the flights I wanted on line but Christy called me and made sure i was sorted wiht as close to the flights I could get, she was efficient, Polite and very helpful. When I was on line I asked a question on the pop up messenger that never moved off number 2 and was never answered, I went on the United website in the end to get the answer, that was slightly dissapointing as I put my details in 4 times waiting to get the answer and I hope this isnt the reason I didnt get the flights I wanted, but on the whole a fab exerience, Christy is wonderful and I will use Crystal Travel again”

“Excellent service from Cristy, very quick answering of phone helpline. After a credit card security block. I confirmed with my bank it was a legitimate transaction and got a callback from Cristy confirming my booking. Very friendly and professional.”

“Crystal made me very unhappy with my booking. I made a booking online for a flight. I was then asked to call the contact centre as there appeared to be an issue. I called and got passed to 3 different agents repeating my issue all 3 times. On the 3rd attempt, I got through to Lisa. I was initially told that my flight price had gone up by over £100 which I found unacceptable. What incredibly annoyed me and it must be Crystals sales tactics is that the whole way through the call Lisa was trying to sell me hotels, car hire and additional things for my trip when Crystal had failed to get my flight booked. This is not Lisa's fault, you have trained your people this way and Im afraid I found it totally off-putting. In the end, Lisa agreed to honour the price of the flight originally quoted which I am grateful for her achieving and I really appreciate her commitment. But please when you as a company have failed to deliver on the service do not have your people trying to upsell!”

“Lisa, the Crystal representative, was very helpful in checking and providing a good fare for the ticket booking. She dealt with the booking process very efficiently and professionaly and ensured she checked and confirmed all our details which is good, as it avoids potential issues and delays. Very pleased with the whole process. I have recommeded Crystal Travel to friends and family and will be doing so again.”
