“Have used Cru Kafe for many years, great taste, great options for half caff and decaf which also taste great and I think the price is reasonable. I drink the Colombian every day - please never change!”

“I had to return an order of coffee pods bacause they were not compatible with my maching ( and this was not made clear in the description) You asked for evidence of my return and I replied with proof of posting, which was acknowledged I am still waiting.”

“The match of taste versus expectation (I.e. did we get what we ordered and hoped for) was excellent. The quality of the coffees likewise - no thin brews, rather good initial and lasting rich aftertaste. Very pleased. On price - the bargain offer was great value for money. However, if that was a once only lowest price, I'd be unable to afford the higher prices for regular daily consumption.”

“Nice coffee, i would buy it again but not direct - your online offer was v misleading in that the grpahics suggested v clearly the inclusion of a tote bag with the order. this did not come with the delivery and that was disaapointing.”
