“It’s with a heavy heart I give the 1 star review and the 1 is based on the quality of the coffee. My wife and I have used CRU for years and the one thing that always stood out (as well as the coffee), was the Perosnal and responsive customer service. I sent an email three times to help@, one to Cameron who’s someone that’s helped me before and one to the CEO and not one reply to any email. On two occasions I copied in more than one person. It was a query regarding an offer to understand the deduction and how it applied but no one even acknowledged it. Not the service I am used to or expected from CRU. Very disappointing. My wife and I both order regularly from you but following that experience we reviewed other alternatives which we’ll be moving to once the next subscription order is delivered because it has sadly left a bitter taste. We both work in customer facing service based roles so appreciate the importance of communication and also understand the negative connotations of ignoring a customer. It’s a shame and we were very disappointed to have been ignored after years of loyal and continued service.”

“I AM SO VERY PLEASED WITH YOUR ORGANIC ETHIOPAN COFFEE. I HAVE ONE QUESTION PLASE, WILL ANY OF MY FUTURE ORDERS BE AFFECTED BY SOME OF THE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS POSED FOR SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES? LOVE LOVE YOUR COFFEE. SINCERELY, EDWINA BARBIS”

“Great selection, hard to choose between them! Pods are good quality, no rejects. Looks like Colombian and Bright Roast are my favourites so far!”

“I’m literally addicted to this box of gorgeous coffee pods, each one has its own taste and because they are organic and pesticide free there is nothing to feel guilty about”

“Love the coffee so far. Started on Prime day at Amazon with decaf duo and loved the taste and aroma. Took advantage of the offer of trial box + more decaf from main site and really enjoying the options so far. Love the fact you have an idea of taste and aroma notes without the guess work and the strength also. I tend to enjoy the stronger. Love the fact it’s organic. Be good to know what my preferences are at the end of the trial box and look forward to buying more.”

“I love the decaf coffee bags I buy from this company! They taste great; I use them each morning for my first cup, along with a splash of oat milk, (which gives a creamy taste if you use the Barista blends), so great for healthy or vegan coffee; I will stay with you for sure, as I have found nothing to compare in any way with your wonderful decaf bags - Highly recommended - (but please, people - promise you won't all have a run on these, as I'd be desperate without them)! CruKafe, please get ready for the onslaught!👍😍”

“A small, ethical company. Great organic, free-trade coffee at a highly competitive price. Fast delivery times and excellent, personal customer service. Good, organic coffee is incredibly important to me and, since I discovered this company, I've never been tempted to shop anywhere else.”
