Exactly as i would expect from an experienced travel company.
There is a criticism. The "company" would seem to trade under so many names that I am not sure who is who! Is there still a company trading as "Cumbria Cruise" if so what/who is the holding company and why does the correspondence come from " Cruise Direct"?
