“Bethany was a great help, going above and beyond to help find different options for my cruise. Super friendly and got us a great price. What stood out for me is how fast she would respond to emails- nothing worse than having to wait hours for a response. Would definitely recommend both Bethany and cruise direct.”

“I had the pleasure of booking my cruise with Nicki at Cruise Direct. The whole process was outstanding. Nicki was helpful kind and patient. If there was a question that required further responses from the cruise line she contacted them and got back to us when she said she would. She has excellent communication skills and nothing was too much trouble. Value for money is excellent. Paperwork was sent through within a couple of hours. Definitely will be using this company again as the customer service is brilliant. Thankyou”
