Dear Rachael, At the time your membership was organised we charged a monthly subscription payment of £19.99 and provided a 14 day free trial however we recently have decided to lower our fee to the more competitive price of £14.99 and increase our free trial period to 30 days for new customers. Dear Maureen, At the time your membership was organised we charged a monthly subscription payment of £19.99 however we recently have decided to lower our fee to the more competitive price of £14.99 per month for new customers. “Dreadful service. Never answer the phones on 0844 numbers and never respond to emails. Got diverted to this via a mobile phone application. A complete scam ! Avoid at all costs”

“Once you have created an account there seems to be no way to cancel, clearly you have to enter your card details and then they start charging you!!!! Don't do it!!!! Still trying to find out how to cancel but I expect I'll be charged for that! Honestly shocking service! Very very cross!”

“Was called on what looked like a UK mobile no but it was a indian call centre they promised me £400 then took all my details then handed me over to a third party broker and I got this credit angel info. I never asked for it!”

“Worst Credit Referencing. I just saw my report and you didn't even got the basics added like loans, credit card, etc are missing and the score was 550. Its 550 because half of the stuff is missing. Noddle is a free company but serves better then this report.”

I apologise you were not able to view you full credit report and I will ensure that we look into why this is the case as Noddle and our credit reports are provided by the same credit reference agency Call Credit Ltd. Noddle is updated approximately once per month where as our system is live meaning it is updated constantly to give our customers an accurate report every time; we also provide our members with numerous other benefits such as credit options and online saving vouchers which can been viewed on our exclusive membership area. “Difficult to navigate around and constantly asks for pin. Find it very difficult to find any information and when I did make it into a certain part there was minimal information to view. I would not recommend it.”

“I wrote a review a couple of days ago explaining my frustration,about the fact I didn't accept this and now being charged for something I don't/never use I got a call wednesday and they said they will look into it and ring me back within the next 24hrs to possibly refund.i was waiting for a call all day yesterday..and nothing!so still in the same situation.”
