“Ordered three bottles of whiskey for birthday presents. Should be 48hour delivery which was fine. Stayed in to meet post man. Tracked delivery fine. Got message your parcel’s delivered…… no it hasn’t! Got a lovely photo of delivery on a doorstep in ESSEX…. I live in LANCASHIRE!! More than a little bit miffed and still got to hurry and get replacement birthday presents.”
