I certainly wont be purchasing Summer House Craft Lemonade from Craft56 again as I thought I was purchasing 750ml bottles and was shocked when my delivery arrived to find were 250 ml bottles. Very expensive indeed and quantity in bottles not stated, so you have not gained a new customer.

Ordered three bottles of whiskey for birthday presents. Should be 48hour delivery which was fine. Stayed in to meet post man. Tracked delivery fine. Got message your parcel’s delivered…… no it hasn’t! Got a lovely photo of delivery on a doorstep in ESSEX…. I live in LANCASHIRE!! More than a little bit miffed and still got to hurry and get replacement birthday presents.

Hi Stuart Thanks for your review - sorry to hear the took longer than normal to arrive. Due to industrial action by Royal Mail workers earlier this month some deliveries were taking longer to arrive while the backlog was cleared. I can see from the tracking that the order has been delivered 7 days after dispatch. Cheers Ally

Hi Marie Thanks for your review. Your order was placed on the afternoon of 16th June and you selected standard delivery. We dispatched on 17th June and the order was delivered at 11am on 20th June. Our standard delivery service takes 2-3 working days and this delivery falls well within that period. Best wishes Ally

Ordered this as a Christmas present but the package was badly labelled and Royal Mail could not deliver it. I'm about to contact Craft56 for a refund. Extremely dissapointing.

The parcel is being returned to us as the delivery address provided was incorrect so Royal Mail could not locate the address. Bought this gin for a newly married couple and I’m afraid they did not enjoy this. They thought it tasted like mouthwash. I am extremely disappointed to have wasted my money.

Hi Steven Thanks for your review - sorry to hear that the recipients are not enjoying the gin. In our product descriptions we look to give as much detail as possible on the flavour profile and key botanicals to build a sense of what to expect from the products. Unfortunately, as everybody has a different palate, this can be hard to get right to suit everyone's tastes. The bundle that you purchased contained a Cucumber & Mint flavoured tonic. The gin also pairs very well with a classic or Mediterranean tonic which would help to tone down the mint notes. We can also recommend garnishes such as pink grapefruit or blueberries which may help to highlight other botanicals of the gin. Cheers Ally

Hi there Following your order at the weekend, your order was dispatched on Monday using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service in line with the standard delivery option you selected at checkout. While we would have expected this to have been delivered by now, some deliveries are taking longer than usual at present. Disappointed in delivery charges - £4.95 for £6.25 purchase is not cost effective even with a 5% discount.

However, we believe our P&P charges are extremely competitive, especially considering the fragile nature of the items that we ship and the protective packaging required to get them to our customers safely. Every delivery is sent via a trackable method and the delivery rate is a flat fee of £4.95 for all orders up to a value of £100, after which we offer free delivery within the UK. Hi, I was sending this craft gin as a present but had difficulties when trying to send to another address. So remittance as well got send to recipient, very disappointed with this aspect of your system. This gin has a special significance which is why I continued with purchase but had to put in recipients name. Lots of other sites I use have a the ability to do this so I can send gift but the receipt comes to me. Otherwise delivery time good, especially in these difficult times. I do not know who delivered as had to put everything in the name of the recipient. Unsure on damage or damage to packaging as was a gift and went to recipient not to myself.

I ordered a bottle of ‘Tommy’s Isle of Skye Gin’ on 20th November. Having paid for express delivery 1-2 day delivery period, it is now 26th and the item has not arrived. This being my first order, I hope it can be resolved quickly. Thank you.

Three attempts and over 20 minutes to place order. Kept saying that one item in order not available in quantity ordered. No facility to delete this item. Had to start afresh three times and re-enter all information twice including my billing details and the delivery address - everything was lost each time. Order just placed so cannot comment on delivery yet.
