Thanks for your review - sorry to hear the order has not been delivered yet. The order has been held up in the backlog caused by the Royal Mail strike action. Following your order on Saturday, your order was dispatched on Monday when Royal Mail returned after the strikes on Thursday and Friday. Wednesday and Thursday this week were also strike days so the backlog did not have a chance to clear. The next strike day is not until Friday 9th so the backlog can be cleared and I expect your order to be delivered over the coming days. Best wishes Ally

“Arrived quickly. Reason for 2 stars is the product was slightly more expensive than other websites but I ordered as they were offering a free gift of a matching glass. The glass was never sent and no response to my emails asking when I’d receive it.”

“Well my very first order was good, but my second order I’m still waiting to be delivered. Apparently it’s in limbo, order number 000009683. Still waiting. And it’s been over five days.”
