Disappointingly the 10% discount code which was supposed to apply (product wasn’t one excluded) didn’t and delivery could have been quicker given the price paid.

Parcel arrived later than stated. Main reason for a 3 is that I was disappointed it wasn't in a box altogether as I stated it was a Christmas. It's all individual in a cardboard box.

It came quickly and was easy to order for an untechie person like me. It’s a present for my husband so not opened it yet. However we saw the glasses at carbis bay hotel and they were lovely .

I ordered a bottle of whisky 10 days before my sons birthday, the order said 3 - 5 days delivery so thought great plenty of time. Though it did arrive ( literally the morning before ) I was getting a little concerned it wouldn't arrive in time. I would use Craft56 again but if it was a gift I would order earlier. The bottle was packaged well and contents were as described so overall I was just happy to receive it.

Disappointed because, Wolfe whisky has come without a box and it is for a present, it cost me £36, would expect to be boxed

I haven't received it yet so rather difficult to review. Maybe requests should be delayed for a few days, to allow for slow postal delivery?

I ordered a gift voucher as a present. When it arrived and imprinted it, the message I had written wasn’t anywhere on it, and it’s not even obvious on the gift voucher that it’s for Craft 56 (it is in feint grey writing at the top). So I think the voucher design could be improved.

Sorry I havnt recieved purchase yet ,tried contacting courier with no joy,and is now 2 days over delivery date. So contacted yourselves and seems you can’t get any info either

As discussed, we have escalated the case with DHL who are carrying out an investigation in order to locate the parcel within the Glasgow depot. While craft 56 are excellent, 5 days later and no present as royal.mail haven't delivered for Christmas. Still waiting

Unfortunately delivery has been sub contracted to the Royal Mail, who seem to have lost my parcel. They will not answer their phones, and various post offices and a depot say it is somewhere else when I go in person. I'd recommend using DHL or some one other reputable company for deliveries.

Ordered 2 gift sets, gin looks great, unfortunately 2 bottles of raspberry lemonade was added to the order instead of the 2 bags of dried raspberries in the description

Great service but very disappointing there is no option to leave a gift message, especially over Christmas. Recipient didn’t know who the bottle was from which does impact on the experience.

Packed well and prompt delivery, however should have come with 4 tonic waters, only 3 delivered! Not worth the hassle of chasing for one tonic.

Not sure why you have asked for a review when the gin has not been delivered yet. I consider the service to cover order, shipping and delivery and only 2 have been completed. I can say that this is the longest I have waited for a delivery to not yet arrive. You are also asking for a review of the gin. That would be nice if it had arrived by Thursday which is when you sent me the request to Review!!!! Over optimistic of your delivery service?

Glad to be able to get Walter Gregor tonic. Disappointed that it costs more to get a case of 4 than to buy 4 separate bottles and also very disappointed with all the bubble wrap. Thee must be a better way to package than that. If buying 4, in a sturdy pack of its own was the same price, or cheaper than buying singly, I would have bought a dozen and that would surely have saved money on packaging??

Hi Sue Thanks for your review. We agree and have tried to stop using all packaging that is not recyclable. Unfortunately we have not been able to source suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit for this product at present. However, when we do have to use bubble wrap we try to reuse as much of this as possible. Hopefully we have a better solution shortly. Best wishes Ally Hardy

Hi, Your service was fantastic and I really appreciated that. I did quite like one of my purchases however wasn’t so keen on the other one, but that was ny taste. Not a sweet as I had hoped. However again super service and it will not put me off purchasing again

Hi Nicki Thanks for your review. Sorry to hear that one of the gins you purchased was not to your taste. We would recommend that you try this with Elderflower Tonic or a classic lemonade which should sweeten it for you. Hopefully this suits your palate more. Best wishes Ally Hardy

While I received my parcel promptly and Ahead of schedule I had to make 3 attempted payments when ordering as the order was unsuccessful each time. Leaving -£39 pending in my account each time I tried to complete an order until eventually the order was successful. Apple Pay doesn’t work on the website meaning after 3 attempts I had -£120 pending in my account after 3 attempts. Despite this, package arrived in good time and in good condition.
