“It was organised and well worded and paragraphed. However, overall there was too much reading. I feel like there should be a more interactive way of learning the information.”

“Really useful course and I learnt a lot. Tech was a bit glitchy in places though - several times it told me I had tried to complete it too early and had to go back, rather than just moving me on to the next section.”

“Seemed to go off the subject quite a lot into Risk Assessments and First Aid when this is a PAT Testing course about testing and testing alone. More detail into PAT testing required as in example's and diagram's.”

“Reasonable content but some outdated language and concepts and the latest domestic abuse law has not been fully integrated. Some of the questions in the final assessment lacked relevance to the topic”

“The course was quite good. One question on the quiz had a word missing so didn't make sense and a few slides didn't read well/needed to be proof read but overall the course was OK.”

“I found the course very heavy on the reading it could have had a few videos explaining some content rather than so much text. The quiz questions throughout seemed in places too obvious by the other silly answers provided. The quiz at the end could have been more relevant to assessing health and safety in the office rather then trying to remember numbers and what . I felt the questions in the last quiz were in places silly. Needing to give numbers as answers and the break down of what the acronyms mean I didnt feel was checking you understood H&S in the office. Asking what the extinguisher to use on a certain material would be more relevant rather than asking what colour extinguisher a certain type is.”

“I was looking for a course on how to support my students (14-16) who have eating disorders. This gave me no tips on how to support them while they are undergoing months of treatment from medical professionals. It was not a bad cpd course but net helpful for me. I will not be recommending it to colleagues.”

“The information was good, however there were too many typos. I found the quiz frustrating as it seemed to be testing my memory of what I had read, not my understanding of the subject matter. E.g one question asked whether a child in one of the case studies was the oldest, middle, youngest or only child. How is this relevant to my understanding of Domestic Abuse?”
