“I'm somewhat disappointed: I ordered a merino wool jumper with a crew neck, but the one I received has a simple round neck, which is not the same thing, and which I don’t like as much.
Also, thre's a problem with the payment process on your website. The first time I tried to order this jumper, I went through the whole process, putting in my credit card details, etc. I pressed the button to pay and thought I had completed the process, but, instead of receiving a receipt or a confirmation, the page asking for my payment details came up again, with old credit card details and a different version of my address. It looked to me as if I was being asked to pay twice, so instead I closed the page and didn’t place the order. I hoped to receive confirmation of my payment, but none came, so two days later I phoned my bank to check if the money had been taken. It hadn’t, so I ordered the jumper, and that time it all went smoothly. However, that had caused me some concern, and I shall check my next statement carefully to make sure I haven’t been charged twice. Please sort out the payment process on your website so that this doesn’t happen to other people.”
