“The Georgia nightdress and square neck top I ordered were both excellent and I was very pleased with them. The Polly skirt was very disappointing. Skirt sizing is very large so I did have to return a 12 (I normally wear 14 in skirts) for a 10 which fitted perfectly. The skirt which was very creased when it arrived so I hand washed it in cool water and Stergene. The seams are all puckered making the panels look baggy and the hemline uneven. I tried to gently stretch the seams as I was ironing the skirt, but as soon as the garment dried completely, the seams puckered up again. I'm very sorry to have to ask for a refund on this garment.”
“Item I ordered never arrived, had to email twice before I got a reply and was then told that coincidentally my parcel was returned by Royal Mail that day, 16 days after it was supposed to have been shipped. I was told they would refund me but only refunded me the price of item not the additional £7 postage. I had to email them again and after two days they said the reason was they were waiting for refund from Royal Mail. What a load of rubbish. I was refunded the postage in the end.”

Quality is bellow expectations and stitching is poorly done. I've contact them twice to rectify this and they have not come back to me.
