“First I wish to say that I have hitherto been very pleased with all your products -mostly jumpers and your double-sided trousers -three pairs of those with which I am still delighted after years of wear.
However, I have now worn the aqua crew-necked pure merino wool jumper several times and have been most disappointed in the feel of it, since ordering it because it was described as 'soft wool', and also in its lack of warmth which I was also not expecting. It is very smart but I need my jumpers to be soft and warm and was most surprised since I have two other 100% Merino wool jumpers from Edinburgh Woollen Mills which are really soft. I can guess that the reason this jumper of Country collection is so popular is because it will not bobble easily, if at all. Top marks for it for that!”

“Hello, I have been a satisfied customer for several years and love the quality of your clothes.
Could I make a plea for shorter body length on blouses, I always have to cut two inches off and hem them up by hand.
The other thing is that skirt waists vary quite a lot I have found sometimes an 18 is fine but often a 20 is needed.
