“Paid extra postage of £8.50 as I wanted a blouse for a special event. I was sent a size 12 instead of the ordered size 22 therefore it was useless and left me with nothing special to wear and a waste of 8.50 I was very upset”
“Love the pure wool knitwear and the choice of styles and colours and the range of sizes. However
I wish you would do a pure wool suit in plain navy blue. I believe that there would be a far greater market for this than for the suits in bright colours such as lime green or in multi-coloured patterned fabrics.”
“CC seem to have turned a corner and updated some styles and colours. Their new catalogue was good and for the first time in a long while I ordered a short sleeve top and a long sleeved jumper. Both were of excellent quality and fitted well. It was heaven to have something of quality for a change instead of the cheap Chinese rubbish being inflicted upon us.”

Eventually, I decided to phone the order-line and got straight through. They solved the problem and 4 days later my order arrived which I am delighted with. If only they had a decent customer contact line. ADVICE- just contact the customer order line if any issues arise.”
“I cannot get any answer by telephone or email to enquire about a missing order which an email told me had been dispatched over 2 weeks ago but not recieved by Royal Mail. I wonder if they are strill in business.”
“Quality wasn't as good as I expected being a UK company. I ordered a short sleeved knit top - quality is reasonable but looks a little cheap for the price. I also ordered a white shirt in size 16 and it was the smallest 16 I've ever tried! I probably won't order again. It's a shame. Maybe they used to be better?”
“Just had my first order delivered very promptly but had to send most of it back. Wrong blouse (size 16 instead of 12), two other blouses size 12 - one right and other far too tight. Should have been 16. 2 long cardigans size medium -one right and other far too big. Disappointed to say the least.”
