“My first purchase from Country Baskets and it will be my last. I recently made a purchase of melamine plates and feel that the way they are described on the website is very misleading and ambiguous.
They are listed for sale as "Plate Flat Melamine 25Cm 4 Ass". I ordered 3, expecting to receive 3 lots of 4 assorted plates, 12 in total, but instead received only 3 plates. When I got in touch to explain the misunderstanding, I was told that the listing was for 1 plate only and given an address to return them to with no acknowledgement that the description could in any way be open to a different interpretation. Having already paid £4.99 in postage, I decided to cut my losses and keep the 3 plates rather than spend yet more money returning them.
All in all a very disappointing and expensive experience.”
