“I paid extra for next day delivery. The items arrived 11 days later!! I tried to call a number of times and there was never any answer. I left 2 messages via the website and have never been contacted. I won’t use you again. I would like a refund on the next day delivery but it’s impossible to contact anyone. Have put it down to experience and won’t use you again.”
“Terrible customer service after sending me the wrong item.
Offered refund after asking me to return wrong item at my expense when in fact they are in breach of the Consumer credit act 2015.
No phone number to contact, stuck with online message that takes days to get a response- IF you actually do get a response!
Issue still not resolved so now in hands of the payment provider to resolve.
Be careful when choosing to purchase from this company. Can’t even find a complaints process/policy to escalate issue.

“I ordered tank vases for a birthday party that I was supplying flowers for. The photo on the website looked like there were apples in the vase, with no other dimensions shown, other than the height.
When the vases arrived, you would barely have been able to fit a cherry in them, let alone a hand tied bunch of flowers (or an apple!) It was very mislaeading.
The correspondence I received about returning the items wasn't the most friendly or helpful, and I ended up spending nearly as much returning the items as they actually cost me, as they were packaged in such a huge box. I won't be ordering anything else from Country Baskets in a hurry :(”
“You have updated to my order to being delivered and want me to review it but I've NOT received any order and have checked round my hut, bins etc outside but no parcel anywhere!!”

“I’ve received several emails one after the other, firstly stating it has been dispatched, another saying it’s on it way and lastly one saying it has been delivered. The other hasn’t been delivered and furthermore I’ve been asked to review the item. At the moment I’m hopeful that the item does get delivered soon but I have no idea.”
“Countles products said to be in stock, available on line but yet they weren't. I eventually found 6 products that I was able to order, except the next dya 2 of the 6 products were suddenly unavalable. This is not the first time I have experienced such poor service from Country Baskets but it will be the last!”
