“Frustratingly unpleasant online experience again. Forced to obtain the majority of items elsewhere at premium prices. My ability in maintaining qualifying trade account spends are fast diminishing. I don't understand why gold online items show zero stocks yet the same items are openly available on the general online store. A response to my comments placed at the time of ordering remains outstanding.”
“Although the round baskets i received were O.k.,the cone ones I tried to re-order,(your website said that you had 7 in stock)wetre not available so a refund was again issued,not very good customer service!!Hence i could only give 3 stars,sorry”
“When you have items they are collected together quickly - the service is good. When phoning for items to be gatered for collection it is also good. Your staff are always helpful.
Your delivery servis is dubious; after paying extra for next day delivery it arrived 3 days later. Wont be using that service again for delivery.”

i thought id use the on line this time...placed order fri 2.30 paid extra £7.99 for next day del which was an option on checkout.....its mon 8.45am no delivery, which to be honest has put me behind two days , but ive learnt ! Its the next working day and apparently there not open weekends , so please be aware.”
