“Was disappointed that the NonFabric Roll in pale blue that I needed for a wedding at the end of April 2026 was only available at Birmingham store . Only problem is that I cannot get there and the store does NOT dispatch. Only offers collect in store!!!
Is the non fabric roll being discontinued ???

“Beautiful, realistic looking flowers. Slight negative experience in that 2 flowers ordered were unavailable, so were simply not sent and I received an email saying they were not coming and I wasn't charged. It would have been better if someone had contacted me to find out if I wanted an alternative whilst the delivery was coming, especially as to order more would have incurred another carriage charge. However, on this occasion those 2 flowers weren't needed after all, so all is well, and my flower arrangement looks lovely.”
