“Beautiful, realistic looking flowers. Slight negative experience in that 2 flowers ordered were unavailable, so were simply not sent and I received an email saying they were not coming and I wasn't charged. It would have been better if someone had contacted me to find out if I wanted an alternative whilst the delivery was coming, especially as to order more would have incurred another carriage charge. However, on this occasion those 2 flowers weren't needed after all, so all is well, and my flower arrangement looks lovely.”
“Always great only downside is that not everything is available online so I have to make a special round trip from Doncaster to leeds to get the supplies I need.”
