“From the moment we arrived at the vicarage hotel, we were given a lovely welcome by all the staff, they made us feel very welcome, the hotel is excellent, the rooms are well catered in everything, and the bar area and the dining was excellent food was fantastic, they also had live music duo who were really good, the waiting staff in the restaurant were so nice and attentive to your every need, the whole setup is a customer feel good factor, which I haven’t experienced in a UK hotel break for along time, when you come here you won’t be disappointed, the vicarage flat cap group you have got this customer very pleased, we will be back, thanks to all your team, they are a credit to you,Martin & Helen”

“Having been given a voucher I called the reservation number to make a booking. My call was extremely well handled in a professional and seamless way. The lady who enabled the booking (Emma?) was particularly helpful, personable and efficient. She even made reference to the special occasion that this was for and wished me well. I would employ her tomorrow.”
